Dayton, OH – March 23, 2026 — Motility recently announced the promotion of Chet Heughan to president of Motility Software Solutions and AppOne.
Heughan brings more than 31 years of experience in dealer services, with deep expertise in finance and technology. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles spanning indirect lending, consumer lending, and dealer service positions.
In 2010, Heughan joined the AppOne organization, where he played a key role in bridging gaps between dealers and lenders in the recreational industries. Following Reynolds’ acquisition of AppOne in 2016, he continued to drive growth strategies and deliver value to specialty dealers nationwide. In 2024, his responsibilities expanded to include Motility Software Solutions, where he successfully strengthened the integration between Motility’s DMS and the AppOne platform, enhancing overall dealership workflows.
In his new role as president, Heughan will continue to build on this strong foundation, leading strategic initiatives that support Motility’s customers, strengthen product offerings, and drive continued business growth.
